Nationwide exposure. - Join one of the top 5 award winning commercial finance brokerages. **What does the position entail?** This positions core business is driven by Business and Commercial Finance from a nationwide network. Experience in secured, unsecured business lending is essential. Working with our team for internal referrals, leveraging existing customers and external referrers, you will use your motivation, drive and relationship skills to process and manage an existing and growing portfolio as well as developing new referral sources. There are five essential elements to success in this role: client empathy, honesty, attention to detail, strong negotiation skills and a team approach. **What we offer is**: - A professional and friendly non-corporate team environment - Family flexible, happy working culture - Support from an experienced lending and admin team - Competitive uncapped remuneration - An existing portfolio of clients to service - An easy-access office outside of the CBD in Murarrie - work from home flex options available after initial qualifying period. **Beneficial qualities and skills** - 3+ years business lending experience or >5 years business lending experience within a bank - Certificate IV in Finance/Mortgage Broking (preferred) - Tertiary qualification in a related field (preferred) - Strong business lending background - A good team player - Excellent sales skills - Excellent credit knowledge - Strong analytical and numerical skills and attention to detail - A passion for finance and financial problem solving - Ability to identify cross-sell opportunities - A proactive and pre-emptive approach to processing loan submissions - A strong appreciation for client service, client empathy, client integrity and authentic client relationships with an ability and desire to develop long standing client relationships. - Existing business / referral relationships Short-listed applicants will be contacted for a phone interview with progressing applicants to proceed with a face to face interview. **The role is anticipated to start in mid-September.** Benefits
