Reporting directly to the Strata and Property Services Commissioner, this role is responsible for driving key government and regulatory priorities through effective engagement, education, professional standards uplift and compliance initiatives.

**What** You'll Be Doing**

As Principal Advisor, you’ll lead a team in transforming how property services are delivered and regulated across NSW. You will:

- Drive strategic initiatives to improve consumer protection and industry standards,
- Build strong relationships with government, industry and community stakeholders,
- Deliver education and uplift initiatives to support regulatory reform,
- Lead research and data-informed projects that tackle key risks and harms in the sector,
- Create meaningful improvements in compliance, licensing, conduct and professional standards,
- Promote transparency, fairness and trust across the sector.

You're someone who thrives in a dynamic leadership environment and brings a balance of strategic thinking and practical delivery. You have:

- Demonstrated experience in leading a team,
- Experience in managing complex projects and stakeholder relationships within a regulatory environment,
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines,
- A passion for innovation, building a positive culture and delivering public value,
- A deep understanding of the NSW strata and property services regulatory landscape.
