The Finance and Risk Practice, part of our Financial Services Group, is seeking Engagement Managers and Principals to support and contribute to our continued business growth. Oliver Wyman’s Finance and Risk practice is the leading strategic risk management consultancy, engaged to solve the most challenging problems at the largest and most complex global financial institutions. Within our Finance and Risk practice Non-Financial Risk, Anti-Financial Crime and Compliance is one of our fastest growing platforms. We advise clients in the financial services sector to adapt their risk and compliance management strategies to continuously evolving market dynamics, emerging risks, and rising regulatory expectations. Our projects focus on issues at the top of the C-suite (in particular the CEO, CRO, Chief Compliance Officer, Head of Anti-Financial Crime) and Board agendas and span a wide spectrum of disciplines. Our recent projects have covered topics including: - Risk-appetite design - End-to-end transformations and maturity uplifts - Financial crime and compliance framework and organizational design, analytics, and process enhancement - Non-financial risk and Financial Crime Compliance models (Anti-Money Laundering, Sanctions, Fraud, rogue trading, etc.) - Non-financial risk measurement and management, including third party risk management, fraud, and cyber risk - Non-financial risk awareness and training For more information about our Practice, please visit the Risk Management for Financial Services page. **What you will do**: Principals are experts in particular content areas and provide day-to-day leadership of complex client projects and aspects of the client relationship and commercial process, teaming with Partners. They ensure on-time delivery that meets or exceeds agreed upon goals, leveraging Oliver Wyman best practice, their own expertise and the firm’s technical competence. They become trusted advisors to senior clients, with the ability to guide and influence their thinking, and to be viewed as experts in particular content areas. Oliver Wyman Principals are seen as Partners of the future and, as such, are fully engaged in building business through identifying new and expanded opportunities; they create exciting and additive intellectual capital through thought leadership and are knowledgeable on a broad range of adjacent topics. Principals develop others and build a strong personal brand both within and outside the firm. - Managing the execution of individual project modules.
