Responsible for building world class capability for the Technology Product Owner area, developing chapter members, improving the way we work at ANZ and the way we interact with our vendor partners and be a key member of the tribe leadership team, contributing to the accomplishment of the Tribe’s mission

In this role you'll be a promoter and ambassador of the new culture and ways of working as well as operationalising the running of our technology “run shop”. As a Chapter Lead, you will bring domain knowledge or deep expertise on a specific topic and develop this expertise and T-shaped capability in your chapter members. Along with Product Owners and coaches, Chapter Leads care for and nurture the growth of their chapter members to ensure they are inspired by a sense of purpose and are continually building their mastery and autonomy.

What will your day look like

Chapter Leads are responsible for building world class capability for the Chapter area, developing squad members in the Chapter, improving the way we work at ANZ and, as a Squad member, contributing to the accomplishment of the Squad’s/Tribe’s mission

Counsel & Guidance - Providing advice, recommendations and thought leadership, based on expertise and experience, to address needs
Team Building - Helping to foster a healthy working culture. Enabling and facilitating a safe and supportive work or team environment, where our people are inspired and motivated to grow, thrive and deliver value.
Strategy Development - Creating a purpose, mission and/or plan to achieve long term goals and objectives. This might include strategy relating to: customers, workforce, segments, brand etc
Own the standards within your area of expertise and ensure alignment with other Chapter Leads across Tribes
Share insights and knowledge of own expertise with Chapter members and other Chapters
Seek expertise and insights from others to grow own thinking and capability.
Create a vision for the expertise of the Chapter and monitors and drives capability development towards this

- Deep expertise in running technology with regards to asset/service health, risk and delivery management, vulnerability and security management combined with broad capability and a proven ability to innovate and adapt to the latest developments

Ability to quickly grasp new content and the ability to translate this to your Chapter
Proven analytical skills and data-driven decision maker
