**About the Role**:
As a Marketing Officer at Melbourne's Cheapest Cars, you will play a pivotal role in steering our advertising policies and campaigns to align with sales objectives, promoting our brand's promise of quality and service excellence. You will be instrumental in developing strategies that not only reach but resonate with our target markets, ensuring Melbourne's Cheapest Cars remains the go-to for quality used cars and commercial vehicles.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strategically plan and implement advertising policies and initiatives to bolster sales goals.
- Provide counsel to company leaders and clients on dynamic advertising strategies and campaigns that effectively engage our target audience.
- Oversee the end-to-end process of advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring they are executed with creativity and precision, on time and within the allocated budget.
- Lead and manage market research activities to uncover market opportunities for both new and existing offerings, collecting vital data and analyzing statistical information.
- Offer guidance on comprehensive marketing aspects, such as the assortment of products, setting price points, promotional activities, sales techniques, and distribution methods.

**About You**:

- At least 2 years of experience as a Marketing Officer or in a similar role.
- Demonstrated expertise in planning and executing successful advertising campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills, with a knack for interpreting consumer data and trends.
- Exceptional organisational and project management abilities, capable of leading campaigns from concept to completion.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

**Salary Range**: $70,000 - $80,000 plus superannuation per annum
