**About the Business Unit**:
The Corrections and Justice Services (CJS) group, comprising Corrections Victoria, Justice Health and Justice Services, plays an integral role in developing safer and more resilient communities and in delivering a trusted justice and community safety system.

**About the Role**:
The Justice Officer - Programs provides administrative support, including collation of information, coordinating appointments and maintaining databases on behalf of the Offender Services Team.

**Some of your duties will include**:

- Providing administrative support to the Offender Services Management Team which includes Offender Services Supervisor, Diversity Supervisor, Senior Family Engagement Worker, and Offender Services Manager. These tasks include completing meeting minutes, collation of information and coordinating appointments for various Offender Services Programs areas
- Monitoring, reporting and liaising with prisoners, administrators, and prison staff on relevant issues

- Excellent Computer literacy
- Good knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in or understanding of working within a correctional environment.
