We are looking for team leaders, people with initiative, problem solving skills and are strong people managers. Experience in the industry is well regarded, however, not essential.

**Requirements (or willing to obtain)**
- Current RLSSA Pool Lifeguard Award including - up to date CPR & Defibrillator. Our training company has courses available each month.
- Senior First Aid. Our training company has courses available each month.
- Working with Children check (Blue Card) - no card no start.

**Desirable**
- Pool Plant Operator's Certificate
- Security

You will be responsible for managing a team of up to 15 lifeguards, cleaners and security staff at any one time.

**General Responsibilities will include but not be limited to**
- Roster management
- Supervision of the water
- Water Testing
- Training
- Crowd management
- Emergency Response
- Meet & greet patrons - representing our Company and Ipswich City Council.

The facility is operational 7 days/week all year with a varied range of shifts - ideally, you must be available for at least 3 days/shifts per week including some weekends and some public holidays.

**The Process**:

Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: From $33.32 per hour
