Leading Townhouse builder seeking experienced Maintenance / Warranty Manager to join dedicated team

**Your New Company**
Our client is a robust Residential Builder / Developer who is a leader in the townhouse / medium density space.
- With a portfolio that covers both volume build and medium density projects, an opportunity has opened up to join their team in a Maintenance Supervisor / Manager role.**Your new role**- Schedule and attend to all 90 day inspections
- Resolving client concerns and issues to the highest standards
- Overseeing contractors, trades people and suppliers on-site, ensuring all Maintenance & Warranty work is completed to quality standards and timeframes.
- Complying with legal obligations such as OH&S, building, energy, fire and electrical codes.
- Achieving Maintenance/Warranty targets.

**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be considered for this opportunity it is expected that you will possess the following skills / attributes- A proven track record in a construction, warranty, building supervisor or similar role. Volume build background preferable
- High standards of quality and eye for detail
- Strong knowledge of residential construction techniques
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and communication
- Understanding of and ability to monitor high OHS standards.
