**About the Opportunity**
As a **Project Coordinator**, based in Henderson WA you will support the development, planning, execution, and closeout of projects within the Sub Sustainment Nuclear (SSN) Production Environment. This role involves managing minor projects or elements of larger projects, including fabrication, vessel maintenance, and sustainment projects.
**Responsibilities**
- Support the planning and execution of the SSN Sustainment Production Environment.
- Conduct project risk and opportunity reviews, developing and managing mitigation and realization strategies.
- Liaise daily with the team and wider support departments such as Mobility, P&C & IT.
- Prepare and collate reports in accordance with project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and technical requirements, and instigate corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, governance documents, and registers.
**About You**
- Tertiary qualifications in a technical or project management discipline or equivalent experience.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, presentation, written and verbal communication, and the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, critical thinking, problem-solving, and knowledge of project governance, procurement, contract management, and Earned Value Management.
- Innovative thinker with strong relationship-building skills and a technical trade background (desirable).
**Eligibility**
This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance. To check your eligibility, please visit the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency website.
