The Australian National Maritime Museum (ANMM) are seeking a highly energised, and dynamic expert to join our team as a Technology Services Manager The Technology Services Manager is a member of the Information, Communication and Technology Team. This role supports all Museum stakeholders and third-party providers in addition to overseeing the stable operation of all ICT systems used. This includes the management of the throughput, resolution and handling of escalated incidents and requests while maintaining a service culture across the team.

**High level overview of responsibilities**:

- Provides technical and escalation management of an ICT operation and Service Desk.
- Create a positive customer support experience, ensuring timely resolution or escalation, communicating promptly on progress and handling customers with a professional attitude.
- Contribute strategic and operational advice and involvement in all projects, including public-facing components.
- Ensure a continuous lifecycle of all ICT assets, services, and technology to keep the museum current and ensure the systems are fit for purpose and support innovation.
- Manage and maintain all technology-related assets within the ticketing system.
- Ensures that agreed service levels are met and implements relevant policies and procedures.
- Identifies and manages resources needed for planning, developing, and delivering ICT systems and services.

**Selection Criteria**:

- Demonstrated experience with managing teams.
- Demonstrated experience working with MSPs and external vendors.
- Demonstrated experience with infrastructure (Azure, Onsite Infrastructure).
- Demonstrated experience with time management and managing priorities.
- Demonstrated experience with ICT BCP/DR.
- Understanding the various industry frameworks and standards for Cybersecurity, Government, ISO standards.
