With nearly 100 years operational experience, **GPC Asia Pacific** is the largest automotive aftermarket parts supplier in Australia and New Zealand, supported by Genuine Parts Company in North America. With over 6,000 employees, GPC Asia Pacific operates a number of retail and trade based businesses including iconic Australian companies like **Repco, NAPA and AMX.**

**Reporting to the Total Rewards Manager **you will work closely with People & Culture Project Lead, and the broader people and culture team across Australia and New Zealand to support Remuneration programs, recognition programs and our communication and recognition platform.

The role is ideally suited for an individual who has strong analytical skills complemented by analytical tools such as excel. Experience in cyclical activities such as remuneration reviews and incentive plans would be an advantage, however you could be equally passionate about learning remuneration and recognition programs and want to ‘hit the ground running’.

**As our new Reward and Recognition Advisor, your focus will be**:

- Support and administration of cyclical remuneration activities such as Budgeting, Remuneration Review, Short Term and Long-Term Incentive plans and WGEA submission, including setting up of the Remuneration Planning System
- Support remuneration related projects and initiatives.
- Remuneration analysis and reporting including monthly turnover report.
- Supporting our aspirational REACH recognition program, including report creation, quarterly and end of year winner coordination, drafting winner announcements and other duties to ensure a smooth-running program.
- Be a ‘super user’ of our communication and recognition platform MOVE, duties include reporting and analytics, creating content, first point of call for platform queries, and promotion of the platform to the business.

**Ideally you**:

- Have an analytical mind and comfortable in developing solutions in excel using data.
- Understand remuneration programs and systems and keen to learn more.
- Happy to learn and develop within an admin heavy environment.
- A customer centric, people-focused individual with a passion for delivering pragmatic HR solutions
- Personable and committed to building strong working relationships and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and like to work autonomously.
- Tertiary qualified (preferred, not essential)
