**Job Opportunities**:

- AM shifts: 8am to 4pm, PM shifts 4 - 12am + Sleep
- Community Participation
- Locations: Franklin & surrounds
- **MUST have availability to cover PM, Sleep shifts and weekends.

**Requirements (or willing to obtain)**:

- Australian Open Driver’s license
- Reliable Vehicle with (minimum of) Third Party Insurance
- Working with Vulnerable Persons Check
- International Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS Orientation Certificate
- First Aid & CPR certificate
- COVID-19 Infection Control Certificate

**Desired**:

- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Ageing Support or Mental Health
- HLTHPS007- Administer and monitor medications
- HLTHPS006 - Assist clients with medication
- Crisis de-escalation training

You will be responsible for mobilising the NDIS support plan of participants, providing person-centered care supports, assisting with daily living & helping to build independent skills of the participants.

- Supporting daily living & building independent skills of participants
- Connect with participants, team & other supports
- Uphold all administrative requirements
