**How will I help?**

The FPO Product Fulfilment team operates in close partnership with multiple internal stakeholders to provide efficient and timely establishment and upkeep of Financial Markets customer's Standard Settlement Instructions (SSIs). The Team is responsible for acquiring and accurately entering SSIs across multiple products, ensuring that all process requirements are met and payments are completed to meet customer expectations. This includes understanding payment flows eg. SWIFT, as well as communicating directly with customers to validate their settlement instructions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ownership and appropriate escalation of risks, issues, investigations and task deadlines.
- Actively and positively engage in 'Huddles' and team meetings.
- Work with your colleagues to ensure process consistency including complete, accurate and up to date documentation of all procedures.
- Facilitate effective handover of tasks, where appropriate, across the 24-hour global operations teams.
- Embrace change initiatives and work to implement them as seamlessly as possible.
- Identify opportunities for system and process enhancements and communicate with your Supervisor/Manager raise, plan and implement.
- Driving your individual training and development needs to ensure that you have the tools to do the job required. Actively engage in cross training within the team.
- Ensure you understand the risk environment in which you operate, ask questions and escalate in a timely manner.
- Completion of all mandatory compliance training.
- Proactively partner with stakeholders to achieve great results for our clients.

**What do I need?**
- Degree qualification preferred
- Minimum 2 years industry experience.
- Specific product knowledge advantageous (FX and Debit Markets products/transactions) including Swift payments
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Prior experience of adhering to controls and compliance standards
- Strong client focus and customer services skills (i.e. oral and written communication skills)
- Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Thorough risk awareness and the ability to raise concerns when necessary
- Energetic and motivated, able to work well inside a group and broadly across the organisation
- Positive and enthusiastic approach to acquiring and sharing product and systems knowledge
- Confident and articulate communicator
