In this newly created role, as the Assistant Precinct Manager, you will work closely with the Precinct Manager, while collaborating closely with Group Management.

Your mission will be to help the venue team deliver outstanding service while achieving both operational and financial objectives.

**About the Venue**

The CY O’Connor Village Precinct extends across various areas catering for different dining experiences:

- Our Pub offers both casual and alfresco pub dining.
- Charlie’s Paddock was created to offer a dynamic, family-friendly casual dining experience with a large playground and casual seating.
- Tilly's Garden is our seasonal venue open during the Spring and Summer months. Nestled amongst the blooming jacaranda trees, it offers a unique cocktail program and Asian-inspired dining under the stars.
- The Steak House is a refined dining experience showcasing our own farm-to-table products cooked on our wood fired grill.
- Paperbark Burger Co is a farm-to-table smash burger bar.

**What are we looking for?**

We are looking for a Venue manager professional with experience in training a team with measurable results. Someone who leads their team by example, empowers people to grow and support them to become leaders.
- Demonstrated experience in senior hospitality management in high revenue venues.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and retention.
- Excellent financial management capabilities.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- A thorough understanding of our industry compliance requirements.
