**Responsibilities**:

- High volume cold calling to make sales appointments
- Build and manage client relationships
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Close sales
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns
- Contribute to a high-performing, supportive team

**Essential**:

- **Proven ability** to achieve targets and close sales
- Tenacity and drive and a **sense of urgency**:

- Knowledge of or experience in **staffing & HR solutions**:

- High energy, resilience, and excellent communication skills
