Our client is a national distributor of superior European food products. Trading since the early 60s they have built long term relationships with both international manufacturers & local customers.

Due to internal growth, an opportunity has become available for an **Import/Export Administrator** to join their team in Marrickville immediately.

**The role;**
- Managing data & paperwork for international shipments
- Provide support for transportation process
- Liaising with custom agents to ensure compliance
- Assisting with shipping, receiving & record keeping for international transactions
- Verifying documentation
- Working closely with warehouse staff & shipping companies to coordinate local/interstate deliveries

**The successful applicant;**
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong computer skills (excel)
- Ability to multi task & work well under pressure
