**About the role**:
A great opportunity to join the Operations Capability Team within Supply Chain. In this role you will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities on mobile (aviation refuelling vehicles) and fixed (storage tanks, pumps, filters, electrical) assets across our aviation refuelling business.
**Key accountabilities include**:
- Responsible for the safe and efficient execution of planned, and major corrective maintenance activities of all mobile assets for all Viva Energy Aviation sites, including all major airports
- Co-ordinate and be responsible for the safe execution of preventative and major corrective maintenance works for all regional network airfields (excluding major airports).
- Act as Contract Owner for all relevant Maintenance Contracts, conducting regular contract reviews (at least annually) for all contracts.
- Manage maintenance work planning and procurement processes.
- Management of all relevant maintenance records related to in scope fixed and mobile asset maintenance
- Perform assurance activities on all contractors to ensure correct work quality and cost effective service delivery.
- Action any audit non-conformances as a result of maintenance findings within the Myosh System and Contract review
- Liaise with operational personnel to ensure integration of operational and maintenance activities and responsibilities, including any ‘bad actor’ recurring breakdown issues.
- Liaising with engineering team around technical issues, compliance, asset integrity, inspections, engineering standards, etc.
- Promoting maintenance best practices and improvement initiatives across the Aviation Business.
- Act as focal point for Permit issuing, supervision for High risk onsite works
**Requirements**:
- Experience as contract owner or managing contracts
- Safety management skills and strong safety awareness with experience in maintenance work
- Ability to coordinate activities across multiple locations and competing priorities.
- Knowledge and experience in maintenance and /or operations (incl. aviation refuelling vehicles, storage tanks, pumps, filters, electrical)
- Relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and statutory authorities
- Capable of working both in a team and autonomously
- Able to obtain and maintain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC).
- Workplace Clearance Group (WPCG) qualified and Viva permit to work permit issuer/lead permit issuer or display a commitment to work to these qualifications
