**About the Venue**:
Hinchcliff House is a multi-level, heritage-listed wool store featuring two distinct dining experiences: Grana and Lana.

Grana is a vibrant, casual Italian restaurant centered around shared dishes, showcasing house-made pastas, breads, and high-quality, locally sourced ingredients served in a simple yet delicious style.

Lana offers a refined, feminine setting perfect for special occasions and high-end corporate dining, with an elevated à la carte menu that emphasizes a premium dining experience.

**About the Role**:
We’re looking for experienced section waiters for both venues who can confidently manage busy services while delivering warm and engaging guest experiences. As part of a passionate team that takes pride in offering exceptional food and beverage service, you’ll go above and beyond to exceed expectations. A high attention to detail and a genuine love for hospitality are essential for success in this role.
