**PUBLIC Hospitality group **are hiring skilled and passionate Section Waiters to join the team at Strand Hotel, Darlinghurst.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Working across the French bistro and rooftop dining, our Section Waiters love what they do Charismatic, enthusiastic, and meticulous on all things service, delivering a warm and memorable dining experience for all our guests. You will be proficiently up selling and encouraging other team members to do the same at every opportunity. With a genuine interest for quality produce, wine, and a natural aptitude for service delivery, you will excel in providing Public’s personalised signature service for each of our guests and to the local community - CARE is at the forefront in everything we do.

**ABOUT YOU**
- 2 years of a la carte restaurant service
- You have highly developed communication skills.
- Sound wine knowledge with the desire to learn more
- Work hard, play hard - we have fun here
- You thrive on delivering outstanding service, ensuring your guests always enjoy the best dining experience.
- Quick thinker, highly organised with superb attention to detail.
- Australian visa with unrestricted working rights.
- Must hold a valid NSW Responsible Serving of Alcohol Certificate (RSA).

Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: $29.50 - $41.00 per hour
