What's the role?
Working with our ASX listed client, you will be responsible for offering key support across four office assets in all areas of property management. You will be highly confident in undertaking detailed financial reporting and are capable of having strategic conversations on investment strategy and improvement; lease renewals, ESG, tenant activations and NZC. You will have experience in delivering operational cost savings initiatives and managing capital improvement works.
