**The Company**

Our client is an award-winning company that designs, builds and maintains beautiful high-end landscapes that fit individuals and enhance their properties.

They are seeking to appoint a Team Leader / Supervisor to join their experienced team of professionals and ensure the successful delivery of outdoor lifestyle (landscape architecture, construction and pool building) projects.

**The Role**

Your scope will include running and leading a team whilst working in a hands-on role to deliver designs that are unique and specifically detailed for the client’s property and lifestyle.

You will plan and schedule the work to be carried out, calculate and order materials, manage budgets and timeframes, communicate with clients, internal and external stakeholders and general operational reporting.

**The Person We Are Looking for Has**
- Experience working with a residential or commercial landscape construction or building company with 2+ years’ in managing multi-site projects
- Trade / Construction qualifications
- Ability to interpret detailed plans and specifications
- Experience managing a team including sub-contractors
- Experience effectively controlling site safety with knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation
- Knowledge of current materials, construction methods and order of work on a modern construction site
- Excellent communication and people skills
