**The Company**
Our client is a mid-sized Accounting practice located in Altona North. They are looking for a driven and bubbly Receptionist / Administrator to be the face of the business. You will be the first point of contact, and will assist the broader Accounting team on an ad hoc basis.
**Your key responsibilities may include**:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Answering phones
- Incoming and Outgoing mail
- Scanning, filing & archiving
- Maintaining the client database such as updating client information
- Preparing letters and other documentation for clients
- Notice of Assessments
- Scheduling meetings and ensuring the meeting rooms are available
- Stationary and consumable ordering
- Any other adhoc administrative tasks as required by the Accountants & Partners
**About You**
- 3+ years experience in Reception/Administration, or similar role in an accounting or financial service firm
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- A positive and hard working attitude
- Be a people person and love talking to new people
- High attention to detail
- Career driven and eager to learn
