**The Company**:
A fantastic opportunity for a Receptionist/Office support based in the North-West. Our client is seeking someone with a go-getter attitude who is looking for step in the door within a professional practice

**Duties**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Answering incoming calls from customers/tenants/clients
- Meet and greet with all members of the public and clients
- Collating documents for clients
- Lodgements of income tax returns through the ATO Portal
- Liaise with clients and other organisations in person and over the phone
- Assist with ad-hoc administration tasks to support the accountants
- Strong client/customer focus & ability to build strong relationships

**Skills & experience**:

- Highly organised with strong communication skills
- Excellent presentation
- Passion for professional services
- Interested in furthering your career
- Experience within an office environment in an administrative support role.
