Office Administrator/ Architectural Assistant

BKA Architecture are seeking a motivated and passionate graduate to assist the BKA team with office administration and architectural projects.
Key Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Assist with the preparation of project submissions and tenders
- Reception and welcoming guests into the office
- Prepare, develop and edit drawings and other documents relating to the design of architectural projects
- Assist with marketing, website and graphic presentation
- Assist the Directors and Associates as required
- Generate and maintain project records for the work assigned, including entering time worked on jobs weekly in Workflow Max
- Bring any suspected discrepancies, errors or omissions to the attention of the Project Leader
- Competency using a variety of media in the development and documentation of a design project
Preferred Qualification:
- Bachelor of Architecture/ Interior Architecture/ Design or related field
**Experience**:
- Competent in ArchiCAD or similar.
- Competent in Indesign/ Affinity Publisher or similar
Skills and Competencies:
- Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication style depending on audience
- Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally
- Teamwork: Willingness to assist and support others as required and get on with team members
- Time Management: Accomplish objectives effectively within time frame given and carry out administrative duties within portfolio in an efficient and timely manner
Please note, this role is full time from our Rosebery office.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Rosebery, NSW 2018: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
