**To be successful in the role, you should have**:

- Recent experience in an estates role within a law firm as a Legal Secretary or Paralegal
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Probate and estate work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and an ability to prioritise
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multitask
- Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office

**The successful applicant’s responsibilities will include**:

- Taking Initial instructions from clients
- Managing your own Estate Planning and Probate files from start to finish
- Preparation of client tax invoice and trust account statements
- Witnessing Wills & EPOAS, and other estate planning documents
- Preparing documents, correspondence and Statement of Assets and Liabilities
- Preparing Distribution Statements to beneficiaries
