**About the role**:
As a** Client Advisor** within our **Victorian Boutiques (Armadale, Brighton, David Jones Chadstone, David Jones Melbourne, South Yarra)**, we are looking to create excellent client experiences and contribute to the stores success in achieving targets. Positions are available in a full-time, part-time or casual capacity.

**This role will**:

- Be a Scanlan Theodore brand ambassador in all areas and lead by example
- Consistently strive to deliver an exceptional client experience
- Naturally create loyal customers with a positive and professional attitude
- Continually seek to develop new clients while maintaining existing relationships
- Accurately and efficiently complete all store operations administration
- Maintain boutique brand standards in terms of appearance, cleanliness & visual merchandising
- Team player, establishing workable and effective relationships with all colleagues
- Ability to work under pressure, responsible, is highly organised, uses initiative and works proactively

**Who you are**:

- Experience in a similar position
- Ability to work within a team to achieve store targets and KPIs
- A brand ambassador by building and growing relationships
- Minimum 2-3 days availability across Monday to Sunday
