This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR Business Partner to join a global market leader that is renowned for innovation, values-driven culture, and research, developing and providing world-class products that can have a positive impact on people's health and well-being. Located at Macquarie Park with parking on-site and a hybrid working model.

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources and working with a collaborative HR team, your next role as an HR Business Partner will closely support and advise executive leaders on people strategy and operations, whilst driving global and local initiatives & projects within your designated commercial client group.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be commercially driven, agile, resilient, consultative, and collaborative and ideally demonstrate the following:

- Ability to influence and show leadership as a true HR business partner;
- Hands-on, full-scope knowledge of the end-to-end employee lifecycle with previous experience in performance management, recruitment, learning & Development, workforce administration and employee relations policies;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach;
- Previous experience guiding and advising on HR policies as well as supporting the implementation of various HR processes such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, talent management and succession planning and employee relations matters;
- Exposure to initiating and leading projects that drive the HR and business agenda within the broader organization i.e., Talent acquisition, talent management, Culture and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives;
- Solid communication and presentation skills together with the ability to work with ambiguity;
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline.
