**About our Client**
Based in Brisbane CBD, just a few minute's walk from central station, our client is known for delivering world-class services to Queenslanders and is one of the largest government entities in the state.

**About the role**
In this role, you will lead and assist the planning and implementation of a number of system upgrades and new systems in a multifaceted finance department.

Your span of responsible will cover:

- Project lead to implement, streamline and automate the CommBank Card Manager system Department-wide
- Define project objectives, scope, roles and responsibilities
- Develop business requirements, and articulate these to the project team and other stakeholders, including CBA
- Liaise with Department stakeholders to determine appropriate levels of access, permissions and system behaviours
- Perform user testing, documentation and other support tasks
- Recommending improvements to BI dashboards and other reporting tools
- Assist with various automation processes
- Analysis of data and report on findings for various senior management briefs
- Assist with the development of SAP master data e-forms

**What you will bring**
- Previous experience in finance or other system implementation projects
- Knowledge of key finance tasks, such as accounts payable
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- SAP experience is essential
- Knowledge of CBA systems would be highly regarded
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills as you will be working with a number of key stakeholders across the broader finance team
