AUG is an international Education Placement agency that provides a complete service on Australian Education to International Students. AUG has an extensive network of 26 offices across Asia and Australia, all delivering the same, unbiased, precise and high quality service to its students. Built into the company's core business is a range of educational and student support services. The company has established many networks with education providers to enhance the service it provides to international students.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Produce, compile and coordinate marketing plan/budget/event proposals
- Plan and organize marketing activities/events such as education fairs, interview sessions, social gatherings etc targeting international students
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitors within the education sector.
- Collaborate with partner educational institutions to understand their recruitment needs and develop marketing plans to meet those needs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with universities, high schools, student associations, and other organizations to increase our visibility and attract international students
- Manage social media channels and other marketing channels to promote our agency and partner educational institutions
- Responsible for lead generations and recruitment conversion
- Provide support to students during the admissions process, including answering inquiries and providing guidance on admissions requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including admissions, finance, and partner institutions, to ensure alignment of marketing and recruitment initiatives with business goals
- Oversee the website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines.
- Provide regular budget reports to the management team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, education, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, techniques, and tools
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to analyze data and report on key metrics
- Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one additional language is preferred
- Holds a valid Driver’s Licence

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
