**ENTRY ROLE | Based in Strathfield, 2135**

**About the Role**:
Deliver excellent customer service and surpass sales targets with an opportunity for professional development & advancement to work with a fantastic team at a growing company.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Assist with daily operations - opening and closing of the store
- Maintain cleanliness of the store
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls (leads are provided by the company)
- Assist with maintenance of stockroom tidiness and cleanliness
- Assist with packing and delivering orders

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Measuring and customising tailored garments for customers
- Understanding customer needs and requirements
- Clientele building, driving client repurchase rates & cross-sales
- Provide good after-sales service to build client rapport
- Assist customers and VIP clients

**Skills, Experience & Attributes**:

- Hardworking and willing to learn
- Experience in luxury retail, sales & clientele building is advantageous
- Commercial awareness of the latest luxury fashion trends
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Effective Organizational and Time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and as well as part of a team
- Proficient with computers
- Must have a valid driver's license and know how to drive
- Immaculate presentation and grooming
