We spend time creating a suit that fits your sense of style, physical features, and individuality. We will respond to these inquiries and assist in constructing the ideal fit for your upcoming special occasion with Lupo Bianco as your personal tailor.

ENTRY ROLE | Based in Strathfield, 2135

About the Role:

Deliver excellent customer service and surpass sales targets with an opportunity for professional development & advancement to work with a fantastic team at a growing company.

General Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily operations - opening and closing of the office and the workshop.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the store and back office.
  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls (leads are provided by the company)
  • Assisting with maintenance of stockroom tidiness and cleanliness
  • Assisting with packing and delivering orders
  • Assisting Sales Associate with organizations and documentation

Client Relationship Management:

  • Understanding customer needs and requirements
  • General communication skills to build client report for Sales Associates

Skills, Experience & Attributes:

  • Hardworking and eager to learn
  • Experience in luxury retail, sales & clientele building is advantageous
  • Commercial awareness of the latest luxury fashion trends
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Effective Organizational and Time management skills
  • Ability to work both independently, able to self manage and as well as be part of a team
  • Proficient with computers and technology
  • Must have a valid driver's license and know how to drive
  • Immaculate presentation and grooming (smart-casual attire)
