**About the role**

We are looking to appoint a full-time Retirement Living Coordinator to support Life Care's Retirement Living Portfolio consisting of 195 independent living units and 36 assisted living apartments.

Retirement Living is considered for a variety of reasons, like downsizing from a large family home, but generally because it offers a lifestyle choice to live amongst like-minded people in a community setting, whilst also providing independence, privacy, security and peace of mind.

Life Care Retirement Living offers rental homes as well as homes to purchase, in a wide range of home styles and options to choose from. All of the Life Care Retirement Living Villages have been designed to create a community environment that focuses on a high quality of life and provide opportunities to ‘Live Every Day’.

**About you**

As the Retirement Living Coordinator you are responsible for ensuring that residents within Retirement Living not only have high levels of satisfaction with Life Care services, but also to assist with their ongoing engagement within the community.

Your core responsibilities are focused on monitoring occupancy levels and working with internal teams to manage as required, ensure that policies and procedures are up to date and reflective of business and legislative requirements, monitoring resident satisfaction levels and role modelling the professional behaviours that create a high performing, engaged culture.

You will need to have a prior knowledge of Residential Aged Care, CHSP, HCP and government funding streams. A sound understanding of customer service principles would also be greatly useful for this position.

**Role requirements**:

- Current Flu & COVID-19 vaccinations
- Current National Police Check (Aged Care / Vulnerable People) or willingness to obtain a clearance
