The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience working as a dental or medical receptionist
  • The ability to warmly greet and meet patients, handle incoming and outgoing calls, process accounts and co-manage the appointment book
  • The ability to assist with sterilization processing, room changeovers and restocking as required
  • An energetic approach to keep pace with our passionate team
  • A passion for the dental industry and patient care
  • A warm friendly personality and build relationships easily
  • Open to coaching and adaptable to ensure smooth operations throughout the day

Tasks and responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Providing a high level of customer service by phone and in person
  • Well organized and proactively offer solutions based on patient requests
  • Answering phone calls and attending to emails
  • Manage appointment schedules and accounts efficiently
  • Receiving payments
  • Assistance with treatment planning and referrals
