At Very Special Kids, we believe that all children and young people have the right to quality of life, no matter how long or short their life may be. We provide holistic palliative care for children with a life-limiting condition and their families. Our multidisciplinary approach includes counselling, sibling support, bereavement support and community activities, as well as respite and end of life care at Victoria’s only children’s hospice.

Every member of our team plays a vital role in the delivery of essential services to support the physical, mental and emotional needs of the children and families in our care, so they are always supported in the way they need it most - through life, death and bereavement.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), we have a rewarding opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join us in a pivotal year of change. You will provide proactive and timely administrative support to the CEO daily and in addition support the other general managers where required.

To be a success, you will bring:

- Experience in providing executive support
- Proficiency in Outlook and diary management
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
- Prior experience in the not-for-profit or health sector is desirable but not essential.
