**Job Purpose**:
To provide professional administration and documentation support to the projects as required.
Position is based in Rouse Hill.
**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:
- Ensure a safe working condition is present for all employees, contractors and visitors.
- Use appropriate personal protective equipment and safety systems such as job safety analysis, pre-work checklists and risk assessments.
- Report hazards, incidents and accidents within company guidelines.
- Actively participate in regular learning and development programs to continually enhance and further develop skills and continuously improve capabilities and performance.
- Assist with safety sectors of reports, tenders and proposals.
- Purchase of materials, equipment and consumables including co-ordination of delivery to site.
- SAP raising and maintenance of purchase orders, including goods receipt, journals and queries (incl processing through VIMS).
- Maintain site PEMS (Purchase and Expense Management System) records.
- Conduct wages payroll administration.
- Maintain a filing system of site documentation, ensure that information is available when required.
- Proactively continuously monitor and evaluation systems and procedures specific to site works to ensure that they are up to date, compliant and up to date in line with best practice.
- Project travel and accommodation procurer incl reconciliation of monthly statements.
- Roster administration as well as setting up logins, ICT equipment, desk space, etc for new starters.
**Qualifications and Experience Requirements**:
- Experience in SAP purchasing and payroll functions essential.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands.
