**The Role**

These are very much hands on positions, demanding high levels of commitment to quality. You will work with skilled trades employees in our Acacia Ridge Manufacturing facility where we primarily build bus chassis.

**What will you be doing?**
- Working closely with our skilled trades staff in various stages of the production line
- Use of various tools including hand & power tools
- Undertaking tasks as instructed
- Be an effective team member, working with supervisor and colleagues to ensure smooth workflow with maximum output
- Comply with the Health, Safety and Environmental Policies

**What you bring**:

- Previous trades assistant, labouring or workshop experience highly desirable
- Current drivers' license and reliable transport
- Must have own tools (tool allowance will be provided)
- Strong level of integrity, honesty, and a willingness to learn
- Demonstrated pro-active attitude with an eye for detail, and willingness to work as part of a team to complete required tasks
- Flexible and an ability to work around changing priorities
- Ability to identify and resolve problems
- A strong, safety focused work ethic
