We are seeking a passionate and motivated team member to join us in the role of **Admin Assistant** based at our **Acacia Ridge, QLD **branch. This is a unique opportunity where no two days are the same. From interacting with customers to adding significant value in our administrative functions, this role will best suit for an individual who is a fast learner, multi-tasker and a general all rounder.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Processing of administrative documentation
- Attending to enquiries by telephone, visitors and deliveries
- Process domestic courier requests
- Assist with trade counter data entry as directed
- Ensures compliance with all Polyaire policies and procedures
- Ad hoc tasks as requested

**Ideally, we are seeking a self starter with a 'can-do' attitude, to work within a challenging yet rewarding industry. To be successful in this role you will**:

- Be a professional with a strong work ethic
- Show strong interpersonal and communication skills embracing our team environment
- Have good planning, organisation, and time management skills
- Possess basic numerical skills with good attention to detail and accuracy
