We are seeking a Indigenous Australian Employment Coordinator to join Human Resources, Administrative Division.

Human Resources sits within the Administrative Division and is responsible for enhancing the talents of our real world people through effective leadership, expert advice and professional development, while creating a highly engaged workforce by fostering strong organisational culture. The department partners with each area of the university to deliver tailored solutions according to the area’s needs..

**What you need to succeed**
- Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to a degree in a relevant discipline in conjunction with at least four years’ subsequent relevant experience.
- Demonstrated success in contributing to organisational attraction, retention, support and development strategies for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain effective internal and external networks with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
- Sound knowledge of contemporary HR policy, practices and frameworks.
- High level of written and oral communication skills.
