**Maintenance Officer - Roving South Eastern Suburbs**

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Officer to join our team, working across multiple aged care homes in the South Eastern suburbs.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in general maintenance, handyman or a trade. Aged care experience would be advantageous.
- You will have skills to carry out all types of general building and preventative maintenance, painting, grounds upkeep and coordinate outside contractors for the preventative maintenance schedule.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks.
