NSBC Group is expanding and seeking a motivated Operations Co-Ordinator to join our professional team at our modern Chullora Control Centre. From this central hub, you’ll play a key role in supporting operations across five satellite depots servicing the Greater Sydney area and the Snowy Mountains region.

**About the Role**

This is a diverse and fast-paced role offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a cohesive and experienced operations team. You’ll be responsible for coordinating vehicle movements, supporting drivers, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

We’re after a hands-on operator who can think quickly, stay organised, and communicate effectively with both internal teams and customers whilst available
- Minimum 1 year of experience in operations or logistics
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
- TMS (Transport Management System) experience (preferred)
- Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency
- Sound knowledge of Sydney, Wollongong, Newcastle/Hunter regions
- Neat and professional appearance
- Minimum MR License (mandatory)
- Available to work a rotating roster and be available on weekends.

**Additional Requirements**

(Must be held or obtained by the end of the probation period):

- NSW Driver Authority
- Working With Children Check
