We are looking for a superstar **Marketing Automation Specialist** to join one of our most engaged and respected cross-functional Tribes. In this position, you will have the opportunity to work closely alongside a Chapter lead and varied team of Customer Interactions team members working below the line campaigns. This specialist crew are a great mix of new, fresh thinking **Marketing Automation Specialist**, alongside seasoned ING’ers.

**Seniority**

**Responsibilities**
- Market Feedback and Insight - Gather market insights and customer feedback, and clearly communicate these to internal teams including the Sales, Marketing and Product team
- Marketing Automation - Use software to automate and simplify marketing tasks
- Marketing analytics and reporting - Collect, analyze, and report on metrics to determine the success of marketing efforts and return on investment
