**THE COMPANY**

Our client, together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading national service provider to develop and operate Australia's essential communications, energy and water networks in various industries. As they continue to grow and expand their operations, they seek Civil Maintenance Workers to join their dedicated team.

**THE ROLE**

As a Civil Maintenance Worker, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimising network infrastructure. Reporting to the Networks Manager, your day-to-day will include performing water and sewer network maintenance for clients.

You will be trained in various business departments and develop skills to perform plant operating and general labouring on a range of water and sewer assets.

You will be responsible for meeting the client's requirements and engaging with various stakeholders throughout the jobs.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Holding a current CI Card and Driver’s Licence (P-Plater’s welcome to apply) is essential.
- Previous experience in the plumbing or network space is ideal, but not critical.
- Possessing an MR licence, skid-steer or excavator tickets, and traffic management tickets is desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

This role is Monday - Friday based, however, once every five weeks, you will be rostered on an on-call roster.

Successful applicants will be required to undertake a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screening, and complete a VicRoads’s Driver History Check.
