**The Client**

Multinational freight forwarder with strong professional culture and ethics that supplies end to end international logistics and supply chain solutions to a broad range of clients. Offering transport, warehousing and customs services across the globe through their own network.

**The Position**
- Manage the fleet drivers daily runsheets
- Organise fleet drivers availability and delivery requests on behalf of customers
- Notify customers of any potential delays to minimize impact on their business
- Ensure containers and cargo are collected, received and delivered within deadlines
- Track vessel scheduling and communicate with internal stakeholders should alterations to slot bookings be required
- Record job notes within relevant online system
- Ensure customer requirements are exceeded at all time

**The Requirements**
- Ability to work from 6am - 4pm, Mon-Fri (weekend work available)
- Essential to have FCL wharf transport experience in a similar role within freight forwarding
- Strong organisational skilllset and experience
- Desire to work in a deadline driven environment
- Positive and adaptable demeanour
- Must have 1-Stop, Container Chain and MS Office experience
- Strong understanding of road regulations and requirements and dangerous goods awareness
- Professional communication skills
- Full time working rights within Australia
