As our Clinical Lead, you will play a vital role in guiding our team while ensuring we continue to provide outstanding speech pathology support to our clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both hands-on clinical work and leadership responsibilities. It includes a generous remuneration package.

- **Ensure excellence in client care**: Maintain a clinical caseload while overseeing documentation, referrals, and compliance with policies and best practices.

**What You’ll Need**
- Certified Practising Speech Pathology status
- At least 5+ years clinical experience as a Speech Pathologist.
- Previous leadership or mentoring experience.
- Ability and willingness to provide support to junior team members, AHAs and students.
