We are pleased to offer an exceptional opportunity for a Speech Pathologist to become a part of a well-established multidisciplinary private practice dedicated to providing high-quality, client-centered care to individuals of all ages.

In your role as a Speech Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to work with both adults and children, thereby making a significant difference in their communication and swallowing abilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough assessments and create personalized treatment plans for clients across various age groups.
- Deliver evidence-based therapies and interventions for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, psychologists, and physiotherapists, to provide comprehensive care for clients.
- Educate clients and their families regarding communication strategies and therapy objectives.
- Maintain precise documentation and progress notes in accordance with practice protocols.
- Participate in continual professional development and foster a positive team environment.

Qualifications

- A recognised degree in Speech Pathology.
- Current registration with the Speech Pathology Association of Australia (or equivalent).
- Experience working with both adults and children is preferred, though new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and best practices.
