You are an experienced Admin professional with a bright and bubbly personality. You understand what an exceptional customer experience looks like and pride yourself on your outstanding client service. You are tech savvy, thrive within an innovative environment and have a desire to learn and grow.

**The Opportunity**:
Your role will be to work closely with our dedicated team to deliver exceptional results in an administrative capacity. Your role will be varied and the learning opportunities endless.
**We are open to full time or part time school hours; your main duties will include**:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
- Reception duties and welcoming visitors
- Managing workflow and deadlines
- Administration support to the bookkeeping and accounting divisions which includes lodging and managing ATO compliance documentation
- Liaising with the ATO and clients.
**To be considered for this great opportunity you will have**:
- A minimum of 3 years recent administration experience
- Experience working in an accounting or bookkeeping firm would be an advantage
- A well organised approach to your work
- The ability to work well in a deadline-driven environment
- The ability to problem solve and achieve positive outcomes
- A desire to learn and ability to support a team
