**Job Description** What You’ll Do**
The Regional Manager is accountable for the management and oversight of service providers within the Country Network that consists of contracted and subcontracted entities, the network functions 24 hours a day, seven days per week.
- The position demands a high level of strategic, commercial and people leadership skills, negotiation and influencing capability, attention to detail and a desire to drive continuous improvement, all whilst safely and efficiently mobilising a large and diverse field based workforce.
- Within this context, the Regional Manager will drive the future vision for the network to ensure the NRMA can continue to maintain service continuity, coverage and sustainability, whilst delivering a high customer experience.
- This role will drive continuous improvement and ensure that our Customer engagement remains aligned with our aspiration to be the number one provider of Roadside Assistance in the market.
- ** A car and fuel card are provided for this role as it requires travel out to our country / regional service providers.** This role will be covering the north / northwest areas of NSW, so you could be away for a few days at a time as required and accommodation for these trips will be provided.

- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to work with stakeholders, resolve differences and facilitate decision making
- A high level communication skills with the ability to deliver messages to both executive and frontline levels confidently
