**The role**:
We’re looking for a Sustainability Consultant to support our growing team. You’ll work on ESG reporting, materiality assessments, and sustainability strategy projects that help clients improve transparency, reduce risk, and create long-term value.

This role is ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, technically capable, and passionate about turning sustainability ambition into action.

**What you’ll focus on**:

- Support the development of sustainability and ESG reports aligned with frameworks such as GRI, ASRS, and TCFD.
- Contribute to modern slavery and APCO reporting in line with regulatory requirements.
- Help design and deliver sustainability strategies that align with client objectives and best practice.
- Conduct data analysis and materiality assessments to identify key ESG issues and opportunities.
- Assist with stakeholder engagement, workshops, and client presentations.
- Collaborate across Edge’s teams to deliver integrated, high-quality outputs.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree in sustainability, environmental science, business, or a related field.
- Experience in sustainability consulting, ESG, or reporting.
- Strong knowledge of key frameworks (GRI, ASRS, TCFD, SDGs).
- Excellent analytical, writing, and problem-solving skills.
- Confident communicator who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with sustainability certifications or standards (ISO 14001, B Corp, Climate Active, etc.) is an advantage.
