**Your Opportunity**

Reporting to the Head of Information Technology you will play a pivotal role in supporting IGO’s overall objectives by maintaining high availability and security of critical IT systems.

Key accountabilities include:

- **IT Infrastructure Management**:Ensure the availability, performance, and security of IT infrastructure, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues;
- **Cybersecurity Management**:Develop and implement cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards to protect IGO’s IT systems and data;
- Stay abreast of emerging cybersecurity threats and technologies, ensuring security measures remain effective;
- **Service Delivery Management**: Oversee the delivery of IT services to end-users, ensuring services meet agreed-upon service levels;
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer service within the team;
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with broader IT team and key stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities, ensuring alignment and effective service delivery; and
- Manage relationships with key technology vendors and service providers.

**Your Experience**

Along with an ability to lead, mentor and influence, you must have excellent stakeholder management skills and bring the following skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field;
- Significant experience in a similar role managing IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Service delivery;
- Experience with managing and maintaining a variety of IT infrastructure technologies, including servers (Dell, Pure, Hyper-V), networks (CISCO), storage, and cloud (DC & MS) services;
- Best practice approach to Cybersecurity with experience in implementing and managing security systems;
- Technical certifications such as Microsoft Systems Engineer or CISCO network professional;
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; and
- National Police Clearance obtained within the last two months.
