As a Communications Technician, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and troubleshooting communication systems. Your responsibilities will include:

- Installing, configuring, and maintaining communication equipment.
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to networks, telephony, and data systems.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication services.
- Conducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Responding to service requests and resolving incidents promptly.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be considered for this role, you'll have:

- Proficiency in telecommunications systems, including VoIP, PBX, and data networks.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent.
- The ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Precise documentation and adherence to safety protocols.
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to team success.
